SN Aboitiz Power Group (SNAP) mobilized PHP 1.8 million in relief assistance for communities hit by Typhoon Uwan, thus supporting thousands of families across its host and neighboring areas. The company worked with local government units to deliver aid immediately after the typhoon’s impact.
SNAP President and CEO Joseph Yu said the company remains committed to standing with its partner communities during difficult times. “As a company that works closely with our host communities, we extend support where it is needed most, especially for those affected by Typhoon Uwan,” he said.

From November 11 to 14, SNAP-Magat distributed 1,664 relief packs to affected families in Isabela, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, and Cagayan. Each pack included food, water, hygiene items, and other essentials. Additional assistance is being prepared for Magat fisherfolk communities.
SNAP-Benguet also delivered aid to Barangay Tinongdan in Itogon, the municipality of Bokod, and Barangays Ambuklao and Tikey. The provincial government of Benguet received 800 blankets, while Bokod received 200 galvanized iron sheets and 30 rolls of water hose to help repair damaged homes and agricultural equipment.

The company reiterated that it remains committed to uplifting and empowering its host communities and will continue supporting local recovery and resilience-building efforts.
