Global company, Solis Inverters, has been acknowledged as the world’s third-largest solar PV inverter company in terms of shipments by global research and consultancy company, Wood Mackenzie.
Solis’ General Manager for Europe Sandy Woodward said “Solis ranked 3rd largest PV inverter manufacturer globally for the second consecutive year. We couldn’t have achieved this without our 4500+ strong global team’s commitment to excellence.”
In 2022, Solis launched a brand-new factory that featured cutting-edge, automated production lines. This expansion boosted the company’s manufacturing capacity which, in turn, allowed them to serve a larger customer base.
In the same year, Solis experienced an 86% growth rate from 61% in 2021. This growth reflects the company’s dedication to product quality and technological advancement in its commitment to a sustainable future.
In addition to Wood Mackenzie, the company was awarded the “Top Inverter Brand 2023” seal for Belgium by EUPD Research, a global market research organization. The Netherlands and South Africa also received this prestigious seal.
The increase in ranking is due to Solis Inverters’ ability to quickly adjust to changing market demands in over 100 countries, and it sees its total manufacturing capacity to reach 80 gigawatts by the end of 2023.
