Southeast Asian solar and energy storage development to be discussed in ASEAN expo

Opportunities and challenges of the solar and energy storage development in the ASEAN market will be the center of discussion at the 2nd Annual ASEAN Solar + Energy Storage Congress & EXPO 2017 this November.

Representatives from ASEAN government, utilities, independent energy producers, developers, distributors, installers and other related sectors are expected to grace the event.

The congress seeks to promote the development of solar and energy storage in ASEAN, devote itself to become cardiotonic of promoting the market of solar and energy storage in the ASEAN.

The two-day conference will discuss the market for solar energy the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and other countries.

The conference will also discuss the combination of solar energy and energy storage, financing and investing in clean energy projects in ASEAN and several other issues.

The 2nd Annual ASEAN Solar + Energy Storage Congress and EXPO 2017 is hosted by Leader Associates, co-organized by the Philippine Solar Power Alliance (PSPA), and the Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA).

It is endorsed by the Department of Energy, Philippine Independent Power Producers Association (PIPPA), International Clean Energy and Sustainability Network (ICESN), Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association (MPIA) German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) and others.

The congress will happen on November 14 and 15, 2017 at the Bellevue Manila Hotel in Alabang.
