The award was presented at the 43rd Agora Awards ceremony. The event, organized by the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA), recognizes outstanding marketing strategies that make a significant impact across various sectors.

ACEN RES was commended for its multifaceted marketing approach, which has successfully engaged businesses and encouraged them to transition to renewable energy. Its campaigns have delivered an exceptional return on investment, surpassing industry benchmarks.

Among its standout marketing initiatives is the “Fireflies” campaign, launched in 2022. The campaign effectively communicated ACEN RES’ advocacy for renewable energy, helping businesses accelerate their sustainability goals.

ACEN RES’ marketing success has reinforced its position as the leading supplier of renewable energy in the Green Energy Option Program (GEOP), according to Department of Energy (DOE) figures.

Beyond the Agora Award, ACEN RES has received multiple accolades for its innovative campaigns, including two golds from the Stevie International Business Awards and a gold Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP).
