CREIT posts record 2025 dividends at PHP 0.203 per share

Citicore Energy REIT Corp. (CREIT) reported its highest annual dividend payout since listing, declaring total dividends of PHP 0.203 per share for 2025, driven by stable lease revenues and additional variable income from tenants.

The figure represents a 0.5% increase from its 2024 payout and translates to an annualized yield of 6.3% based on its March 24, 2026 closing price of PHP 3.22, according to the company’s disclosure.

For the fourth quarter alone, CREIT declared dividends of PHP 0.056 per share, slightly higher than the PHP 0.055 per share distributed in the same period a year earlier. The payout includes both guaranteed base lease revenues and special dividends sourced from incremental variable lease income generated during the year.

“As CREIT reaches its fourth year, we are proud to declare our highest dividend in a single quarter and total annual dividend to-date. With the significant growth of its sponsor, Citicore Renewables, shareholders can expect CREIT to mirror its trajectory moving forward,” said President and Chief Executive Officer Oliver Y. Tan.

“As CREC grows, CREIT will have a clear pathway for infusions which will drive dividends up each quarter,” he added.

The fourth-quarter dividends, declared on March 25, 2026, will be paid on May 21, 2026 to shareholders on record as of April 24, 2026.

CREIT’s portfolio spans 7.1 million square meters of land assets with 100% occupancy, supporting predictable cash flows that enable consistent dividend distributions.

Its sponsor, Citicore Renewable Energy Corp. (CREC), is targeting 5 gigawatts of operational renewable energy capacity within five years—an expansion pipeline that could translate into future asset infusions into CREIT, reinforcing its dividend growth outlook.
