DBM Releases PHP3.6 Billion for Rural Electrification, Solar Deployment

The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has approved the release of PHP 3.627 billion to fund the country’s expanded rural electrification efforts for 2025. This is in line with the Marcos administration’s goal of achieving nationwide access to electricity by 2028.
