The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has turned over non-serviceable assets to other government agencies on August 14, 2025, in compliance with Commission on Audit-Department of Budget and Management (COA-DBM) Joint Circular No. 2024-01, ERC reported.
The circular mandates agencies to dispose of properties no longer serviceable. Transfers should adhere to transparency, accountability, and a cost-efficient manner.
Three air-conditioning units were turned over to the National Meat Inspection Service – Regional Technical Operation Center 3 (NMIS-RTOC 3).
ERC’s Mindanao Area Operations Division (MAOD) released two vehicles to the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Davao and TESDA’s Wangan National Agricultural School.
A COA representative witnessed the turnover to ensure transparency and adherence to disposal protocols.
