In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE)), Raslag said it has received from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) the digital Certificates of Incorporation for Raslag Gerona, Inc. and Raslag Liwayway, Inc. The subsidiaries were approved by Raslag’s Board of Directors on April 4, 2025.
