SPC Power Corporation reported a total comprehensive income of PHP 1.744 billion for the first nine months of 2025, higher than the PHP 991.9 million recorded in the same period last year, according to its latest quarterly filing.

For January to September, the company posted PHP 2.12 billion in revenues, reflecting a 10.3% decrease compared to the previous year’s PHP 2.36 billion. SPC Power also recorded PHP 644.4 million in other income, as indicated in the filing.

The trend carried over into the third-quarter results. For the three months ending September 2025, SPC Power reported PHP 864.2 million in net income and PHP 1.02 billion in revenues, as shown in its condensed financial statements.

The company’s balance sheet remained solid, with total assets rising to PHP 13.06 billion and total equity reaching PHP 12.29 billion, supported by accumulated earnings and growth in cash, receivables, and investments.

SPC Power reported no significant off–balance sheet transactions or unusual commitments during the period and noted adjustments to comparative figures related to the 2024 sale of BLCI.
