NAC is driving multiple solar energy initiatives through its subsidiaries. In Palawan, its subsidiar

y Northern Palawan Power Generation Corporation (NPPGC) is constructing a 145-megawatt solar facil ity, with the first 70-megawatt phase set to start operations by Q1 2026. Similarly, NAC’s subsidiary Nazareno Solar Power Corp. (NSPC) received Department of Energy approval to develop a 53-hectare solar site in Hermosa, Bataan, under Solar Energy Operating Contract No. 2023-12-804.

In January, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the rebranding of Manta Baguio Properties Corp. to Nazareno Solar Power Corp., reflecting NAC’s focus on solar energy.
