TIME, Statista recognize ACEN for performance and sustainability

ACEN Corporation has been named in TIME and Statista’s Asia-Pacific’s Best Companies 2026 list, showcasing its exceptional performance based on employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency.

In its disclosure dated February 18, ACEN said the list covers 500 companies across the Asia-Pacific region and is based on three primary pillars: employee surveys, revenue growth, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosures.

The company’s inclusion spotlights its performance across these metrics as it continues its transition into a predominantly renewable energy platform. ACEN currently has approximately 7 gigawatts (GW) of attributable renewable energy capacity from projects in operation, under construction, and with signed agreements.

“We are honored to be recognized among TIME and Statista’s Best Companies in Asia-Pacific,” said JP Orbeta, ACEN’s Chief Human Resources Officer.

The ranking also included other Ayala Group companies such as Ayala Corporation, Ayala Land, BPI, and Globe, showcasing the group’s presence in regional corporate benchmarks.

Corporate rankings have begun increasingly incorporating ESG transparency and workforce engagement besides that standard of financial performance. For renewable energy firms like ACEN, such metrics are becoming part of how companies are evaluated not only by investors, but also by employees and global stakeholders.

As renewable energy companies expand their footprint across Asia-Pacific markets, will sustainability reporting and employee satisfaction become defining measures of competitiveness?
