Top Line Business Development Corp. (TOP) finished the first nine months of 2025 with PHP 109.57 million in net income, which is a 21% increase from last year, as strong growth in both retail and commercial fuel sales continued to support the company’s performance.

Gross revenues for the period rose 26.9% to PHP 3.09 billion, fueled by higher sales volumes across its fuel trading segments. Retail fuel revenues surged 152% to PHP 132.08 million, with retail volumes jumping 168% to 2.73 million liters. Commercial fuel trading also expanded, generating PHP 2.96 billion in revenues on volumes of 68.74 million liters, up 32.8% year-on-year.

For the third quarter, TOP recorded PHP 32.7 million in net income, up 9.3% from last year. Quarterly gross revenues reached PHP 1.12 billion, with commercial fuel sales contributing PHP 1.1 billion. Retail fuel revenues climbed 282% to PHP 68.1 million, supported by higher volumes reaching 24.32 million liters.

TOP said it continues to renovate and integrate newly acquired retail stations to extend its footprint in underserved areas in the Visayas. The company earlier approved the reclassification of 800 million unissued common shares into preferred shares ahead of a stockholders’ meeting in December to discuss potential capital-raising activities.

The company’s subsidiary, Topline Logistics and Development Corp., also received its Bureau of Customs Certificate of Registration. This allows it to begin fuel importation once operational systems are finalized. TOP added that it is preparing to expand depot storage capacity to support future import volumes.
