Vivant Energy

Buskowitz Energy, Inc. (BEI) is no longer part of Vivant Corporation’s portfolio, following the completed divestment by its renewable energy arm, Vivant Renewable Energy Corporation (VREC).

In a regulatory filing, after selling its equity stake in Buskowitz Energy to Aurora Sustainable Energy Pte. Ltd., Vivant confirmed that VREC has completed all necessary post-closing obligations.
