MERALCO guarantees stable electricity during Holy Week

The Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) guarantees a reliable and stable electricity service for its 7.8 million customers throughout the Holy Week.

“We are one with the nation in observing a solemn and safe Holy Week. As a 24-hour service company, we assure our customers that our crews are on standby to attend to concerns and unexpected power interruptions,” MERALCO Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications Joe R. Zaldarriaga said in a statement.

MERALCO Business Centers will cease activity from March 28 to 30. However, the distribution utility assured that its personnel would be ready to attend to customer concerns about electricity service. The business center will resume operations on April 1.

The company also encouraged its consumers to make use of the Appliance Calculator present in the MERALCO mobile app to track their electricity usage.
