Green Heat Corporation is aiming to complete Php 2 billion worth of solar projects within the next 18 months, focusing on rooftop installations for large enterprises.

In a report by Philippine Star, Green Heat managing director Glenn Tong said there is a growing demand for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems due to the push for energy independence, cost savings, and environmental concerns.

Tong emphasized the firm’s dedication to fulfilling the rising need for clean energy, stating that its core mission has always been to contribute to the worldwide effort to reach net zero carbon emissions.

Since its founding in 2010, Green Heat has established itself as a provider of energy-efficient solutions for businesses.

In 2015, it expanded into residential markets through its subsidiary, GreenDot. Together, the two companies have installed more than 90 rooftop solar systems for major clients, including SM Malls, Landers Superstores, and Wilcon Depot.

The firm also offers financing options in partnership with banks like BPI, BDO, and Security Bank, along with new services that ensure the efficiency and longevity of solar PV systems.
