ShinFox Energy, ComClark sign deal for green energy collaboration in PH

Taiwan’s ShinFox Energy and ComClark Network and Technology Corp. have signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to collaborate on green energy initiatives in the Philippines. The signing ceremony held recently formalized the partnership aimed at developing sustainable energy projects, particularly in support of ICT infrastructure.

This partnership signals increasing synergy between telecom infrastructure and renewable energy, critical for building a greener, future-ready digital economy. “Energy is just the starting point,” according to a social media post by Wazcher CEO Feng Chiu announcing the news.

The agreement was signed by ShinFox Energy General Manager Hui-Sen Hu and ComClark CEO Dennis Anthony Uy. The event was witnessed by Philippine Presidential Communications Office Secretary Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil and Anthony B. Rivera, Commercial Counselor of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Taipei.

ShinFox Energy, part of the Taiwan-based Foxlink Group, specializes in renewable energy development including solar, wind, and storage systems. ComClark is a leading telecom and digital infrastructure provider in the Philippines, known for its fiber network and cable TV operations under the Converge ICT brand.
