Raslag Corp. has awarded Greencity Energy Philippines Inc. (GCE) the role of Owner’s Engineer for the Raslag Liwayway 100MWac Solar Power and Battery Energy Storage System Project to be built in Barangay Liwayway, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija.

GCE’s scope will cover Project Development, Design Review, Procurement Support, Construction Supervision, Testing and Commissioning Support, and Operations and Maintenance transition — duties Raslag’s Bids and Awards Committee assigned after a formal selection process.

The parties set an initial deployment period of 18 months for the engagement, subject to adjustment by the parties.

In its October 6 SEC disclosure, Raslag describes GCE as a specialized renewable-energy consultancy focused on photovoltaic technologies; its stated services include Owner’s Engineer services, lenders’ technical advisory and project development, and the firm has served as developer, owner’s engineer and project manager for more than 1 GWp of cumulative PV capacity worldwide.
