Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) has partnered with global technology leader Schneider Electric to enhance its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting capabilities as the property giant seeks to strengthen sustainability data management across its nationwide portfolio.

The collaboration will see ALI adopt Schneider Electric’s Resource Advisor platform, an energy and sustainability intelligence system designed to centralize ESG data, improve reporting processes, and provide greater visibility into resource consumption and sustainability performance.

The partnership comes amid evolving sustainability reporting requirements and broader efforts by companies to improve ESG disclosure and governance practices.

According to Schneider Electric, the platform is expected to help Ayala Land streamline data collection across hundreds of sites and business units, improve data consistency, and strengthen reporting readiness.

The company said the system will also support monitoring of key sustainability priorities, including emissions reduction, zero landfilled waste, and the continued expansion of green-certified developments.

“Sustainability is embedded in our business operations and how we create long-term value for our stakeholders and the communities we serve,” said Robert Lao, Ayala Land’s Chief Sustainability Officer.

“As we continue strengthening our sustainability management approach, digital tools play an important role in making our ESG data more structured, comparable, and decision-useful over time,” he added.

Schneider Electric said the Resource Advisor platform offers capabilities aimed at improving ESG compliance and reporting, increasing visibility into energy and resource consumption, and providing digital infrastructure that can support long-term sustainability management.

The platform’s features include auditable data trails and reporting workflows aligned with global ESG standards, as well as dashboards intended to help organizations monitor sustainability performance and support operational decision-making.

“We have embedded decarbonization in our own business and value chain for decades,” said Ireen Catane, Country President of Schneider Electric Philippines.

“Our goal is to support companies across the country in strengthening their digital and operational foundations, so they can meet evolving regulatory requirements and achieve their sustainability targets,” she added.

Ayala Land said the initiative forms part of its broader sustainability strategy and is intended to build a scalable foundation for sustainability decision-making across its real estate operations in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
