Bohol Light, the sole power distributor in Tagbilaran City, has taken a major step in modernizing its billing system with the launch of the Spot Bill system. Customers will now receive their billing statements on the spot after their meters are read, enhancing convenience, transparency, and payment flexibility.
Introduced on February 19 this year, the new system allows customers to better manage their payments by providing immediate access to billing information. It also features an updated format that provides customers with a detailed breakdown of their consumption, charges, and due dates, ensuring full transparency and clarity.
The Spot Bill System also allows Bohol Light customers to immediately settle their bill, whether online or through the nearest third-party collecting agent. This eliminates the need for a separate billing cycle, reducing delays and ensuring that customers can settle their accounts without waiting for additional notices.
