PowerPH | PTT Rolls Out Next-Gen Fuels to Boost Engine Life and Mileage

PTT Philippines has launched a new line of high-performance fuels designed to deliver cleaner emissions, better mileage, and enhanced engine protection, as part of its push to raise fuel quality in the Philippine market.

The new lineup includes Power+ Gasoline, Eco+ Gasoline, Ultra+ Diesel, and Save+ Diesel. These fuels are formulated with cleaning molecules and performance-boosting components aimed at improving combustion efficiency and prolonging engine life.

Power+ Gasoline, rated at 95 octane, contains more cleaning agents to remove deposits that affect engine performance. It also features a friction modifier that helps deliver smoother torque and improved power output.

Eco+ Gasoline, with a 93-octane rating, is designed to improve fuel economy and emissions by keeping the engine clean over time.

Ultra+ Diesel, a premium-grade product, contains twice the number of cleaning agents compared to PTT’s previous diesel formula. It targets dirt and sludge buildup, helping restore engine performance and improve fuel combustion.

Save+ Diesel offers mileage-enhancing benefits with cleaning properties that promote cleaner emissions and better fuel efficiency.

“These new fuels are engineered not just for better mileage, but also for improved engine protection and performance,” said PTT Philippines President and CEO Athiwat Rattanakorn during the product launch at PTT Park ‘n Fly Station in Pasay City. “We’ve combined the latest technologies with high-quality components to move beyond our previous Blue Innovation formula.”

Rattanakorn added that the reformulated fuels are part of PTT’s ongoing effort to innovate and meet evolving customer needs.

Initially, the fuels will be available in five stations: PTT Park ‘n Fly in Pasay, PTT SCTEX and Concepcion in Tarlac, PTT Belfast in Fairview, and PTT Daet in Camarines Sur. Ultra+ Diesel will be exclusive to these locations, while the rest of the lineup will gradually expand to PTT’s network of 170 stations nationwide.

To complement the launch, PTT has rebranded its fuel products with simplified names and clear performance benefits, moving away from its former Blue Innovation branding.

“By using dynamic and easy-to-recognize names, we aim to resonate more with Filipino motorists while emphasizing each product’s unique advantage,” said Sakon Masagee, Retail Marketing Director of PTT Philippines. “This reflects our goal to remain competitive and responsive to local market demands.”

PTT Philippines is a subsidiary of Thailand’s PTT Oil & Retail Business Public Company Limited, operating service stations across Southeast Asia and offering products that meet global petroleum standards.
