Vivant Corporation has been recognized with the Three-Golden Arrow Award at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards 2025, marking its fourth consecutive distinction from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD).

The award recognizes publicly listed companies that uphold the highest standards of governance across key areas including equitable treatment of shareholders, stakeholder engagement, transparency, and accountability through disclosure of material information.

Vivant’s steady progress in the awards—from 1-Golden Arrow in 2021, 2-Golden Arrows in 2022 and 2023, to now 3-Golden Arrows in 2024—demonstrates its sustained improvement in corporate governance practices.

The ICD grants the Golden Arrow to companies that score at least 75 points in the ACGS Assessment, signaling conformance with the Philippine Code of Corporate Governance and internationally recommended practices.

Beyond governance, Vivant has also earned recognition as a Great Place to Work for 2023–2024 and 2025–2026, received the HR Asia Award for Best Employer Brand in 2025, and was named among the winners of the Asia CEO Awards 2025. These accolades underscore Vivant’s efforts to pair governance excellence with a strong, people-centered organizational culture.
