Premiere Island Power REIT Corp. (PREIT) reported a net profit of PHP 252.1 million in the first half of 2025, slightly lower than the PHP 255.3 million recorded in the same period last year, according to the company’s SEC disclosure on August 20, 2025.

Total comprehensive income for the period stood at PHP 249.9 million, compared to PHP 253.2 million year-on-year.

Revenue remain unchanged at PHP 304.4 million from leasing land, buildings, and power generation assets in Siquijor Island Power Corporation (SIPCOR) and Camotes Island Power Generation Corporation (CAMPCOR), 

The two power plants have a combined installed capacity of 21.2 megawatts (MW), supplying electricity to Siquijor and Camotes Islands.
