ACMobility, Robinsons Land to deploy 200+ EV charging points nationwide

ACMobility and Robinsons Land Corporation are expanding the country’s electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure with plans to install more than 200 EV charging points across key RLC properties nationwide, in a partnership aimed at scaling access to charging in residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

Under the agreement, ACMobility will deploy EV charging stations across Robinsons Land’s “GoCharge” initiative, integrating infrastructure across multiple property verticals as part of a broader push to bring charging access closer to where Filipinos live, work, and travel.

The rollout will cover major urban and regional hubs, including Metro Manila and nearby Tagaytay, as well as Tuguegarao, Tarlac, Bicol, Palawan, Bacolod, Cebu, and Iloilo.

ACMobility said the partnership is aligned with its nationwide EV infrastructure strategy, which aims to reduce infrastructure gaps and address range anxiety by expanding the availability of charging stations across the country.

The Ayala-led company has set a target to establish over 1,000 EV charging points–catering  to all types of EV brands and users–nationwide by yearend. As of April 2026, ACMobility said it has established EV charging infrastructure in over 200 locations nationwide.

“Our partnership comes at such a pivotal time. There is clear intent among Filipinos to shift to EVs. This is why at ACMobility, we’re hard at work building the Philippine EV Spine. With more charging points available from Pagudpud in the north to Pagadian in the south, we will enable worry-free EV-powered drives,” said Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala.

Robinsons Land underscored the role of property developers in enabling energy transition infrastructure across urban ecosystems.

“Robinsons Land has always believed in creating developments that are ready for the future and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve,” said Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, Robinsons Land president and CEO. “Through GoCharge and our partnership with ACMobility, we are helping make sustainable mobility more practical and within reach while creating long-term value across our properties.”

ACMobility said the collaboration marks its first major nationwide partnership with a mixed-use developer, expanding its footprint beyond transport corridors into integrated estate developments and high-footfall destinations.

How significant is this scale of private-sector rollout in accelerating EV adoption in the Philippines, and what gaps still remain in charging infrastructure coverage across key regions?
