The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) said a total of 18 transmission lines among 15 electric cooperatives were affected by Typhoon Ompong.
According to NGCP Corporate Communications Officer Melma Batario, the following electric cooperatives and transmission lines were affected on September 14:

The transmission lines in the affected areas will be restored as soon as the weather allows, Batario said.
She also mentioned the the power loss may be caused by transmission facilities of NGCP or distribution facilities of electric cooperatives.
